Written in the Stars: What Does Astrology Say About Your Peers?

Astrology_shutterstock_328740689.jpgEver wonder why there are people in your office that simply thrive under pressure, while others are magicians at getting the details right?

Many people look to the stars to figure out compatibility and various personal traits- that’s right- astrology may tell you more than you thought about your peers!

Do you work alongside a multi-tasking Gemini or maybe you’re the workaholic Capricorn? Check out the following astrological signs– you might see a few familiar faces!

Aries (March 21-April 19) are independent and display a lot of initiative. While they may be impatient and impulsive at times, their enthusiastic personality attracts others to follow their lead. They fill a room with excitement!

Taurus (April 20-May 20) can often times be stubborn, but their persistency is what gets the job done. They are dependable and often follow a very methodical, step-by-step approach. It’s all about control!

Gemini (May 21-June 20) are imaginative and clever, sometimes a little devious too. Multi-tasking is their specialty and often times don’t like being held back by the rules. They are very adaptable to change in the workplace.

Cancer (June 21-July 22) are caring and loyal, and also depend on others for encouragement. Support from others motivates them to strive to do better. They can also be a little moody (the “hanger” on a Monday afternoon is real).

Leo (July 23-August 22) are confident and ambitious. They like to be recognized for a job well done and often times come out with some of the best compliments this side of the office!

Virgo (August 23-September 22) are analytical and observant, although this can also come at the expense of creativity. They are careful planners and make thoughtful moves, though may dwell on issues. They have a flawless attention to detail.

Libra (September 23-October 22) thrive on collaboration and being around other people. They may prefer to work in partnerships and groups rather than on their own. They strive for harmony!

Scorpio (October 23-November 21) often have a one track mind with their sight set on one objective at a time. They are resourceful and dynamic. They like to be in control and at time may be a little unyielding. This is because they are passionate about their work and want to become even better.

Sagittarius (November 22-December 21) investigate all options and can be quite thorough. Their explorative nature can often cause them to wander. They are enthusiastic and often serve as inspiration to others.

Capricorn (December 22-January 19) are responsible and patient. They have an eye for quality and may prefer to finish the details of a project themselves to ensure that everything is up to par. They may have a reputation for being workaholics!

Aquarius (January 20-February 18) are inventive and sarcastic, some may say a little nutty! They like to think of how things can be improved upon and are open to share these ideas.

Pisces (February 19-March 20) are imaginative and may depend on other people to keep them grounded. They may be a little scattered like Dory in Finding Nemo – so other people may need to keep them on track in this bustling ocean that we call the office.

Astrology may provide some insight into how to work with co-workers. Many would say these traits are written in the stars, while others might be a bit more skeptical. Certain signs – and the traits associated with them – are not compatible, whereas others can effortlessly jive well together. Of course, work environments can be ever-changing with co-workers constantly learning from one another. You do not have to be defined by the traits of your astrological profile!
