The NACUBO Student Financial Services Benchmarking survey is open and collecting responses until June 2, 2015. All NACUBO member institutions are invited to participate in the survey, which gathers and reports information about unpaid student accounts receivable, institutional loan write-offs, student payment methods and channels, credit balance refund disbursement, third-party payment processing, and staffing and budgeting. Participating institutions receive a free copy of the 2015 NACUBO Student Financial Services Benchmarking report, due out this fall, and access to NACUBO's online benchmarking tool, which allows you to compare your institution’s results with customized peer groups. The results are also presented and discussed at NACUBO's annual Student Financial Services conference, which TMS sponsors.
Every NACUBO member institution in the United States should have received an invitation to participate in this survey.
