In the middle of your busy schedule and during your busy day, how often do you have time to read communications- really read them, from top to finish, and take any needed actions to complete the circle? If you are like me, not often. More likely than not, it’s more of a cursory review than a detailed read, and although I’d like to come back to each communication, there are very few that really catch my eye enough to make me want to read further.
It’s really the same for your students. Busy schedules, jobs, and communications come at them from every angle (social media, texts, emails, and more)!
So, how do you break the through the noise and ensure your communications stick?
CampusLogic recently released an infographic tip sheet entitled “How to Make Student Communications Stick”, which includes tips and best practices to make the most of your communications with students.
Some tips include:
- Tips on how to help your emails get read
- Suggestions for subject lines that lead to opened emails
